We collect very little, and only to reply to you.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we keep what you typed: your website, your email address and your message. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type. We can't turn the hashed IP back into the real one.

When you email us, we keep the email, like anyone would.

What we don't do

Why we use it

Only to reply to you about your website or project, and to keep spam out.

Where it lives

On our own server, and in our email inbox (Google Workspace). Form messages are delivered to us through Resend, an email service. That's it.

If we emailed you first

We sometimes write to local businesses whose public website we think we could improve. We found your business email on your own website or a public business listing. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply “no thanks” and we won't write again.

Deleting your details

Email hello@goodshigoto.com and ask. We'll delete what we have and confirm when it's done.

Let's do this

Send us your website.
We'll bring the red pen.

Drop your link and a line about what's bugging you. We'll reply within a day, with first thoughts and whether we think we're the right fit.
