Northside isn’t a real client. We built it to show what we do for a trades business: a new website, plus the booking and office software behind it, all working together.
The website
We started from the problems we see on most HVAC sites: a hidden phone number, a headline that could belong to anyone, a long estimate form and a clumsy phone layout.
The Northside site says what it does and where in one line, keeps the phone number one tap away, shows real technicians and offers two clear paths: call now, or book online.
Booking online
Customers choose a service, pick a time slot and leave their details in a few steps. The deposit step is simulated in the demo, but the flow is the real thing.
The office dashboard
Every booking lands in the office view straight away: today’s jobs, open quotes, customers and payments on one screen. No retyping, no sticky notes.
